WE DESIGN

All our events are conceptualised into concept boards for our client's approval. This helps to visualise the theme and provides a blue-print for the experience. 

WE MEET

First things first, consultation. We meet to discuss your thoughts on your event and kick-start our joint creativity. We'll look at samples and colour schemes and start to plot ideas. 

WE DELIVER

From the 'idea' phase to managing the event on the day. We can be there to deliver your experience with professionalism and many years of trusted experience. 

WE PLAN

Once the theme and styling is confirmed, we'll start shaping an event plan. Complete with timelines, supplier quotes, contingency plans and everything else in between. 

 
 

 

EVENT DESIGN PACKAGE

Through professional event design techniques, we'll work with you to formulate an unforgettable event concept, theme and luxury touches for you to go forth and run your own event with, complete with client concept boards and supplier info. 

 

 

COORDINATION PACKAGE

This package is perfect if you would like to enjoy the event design element, help with securing suppliers and the creation of a professional event plan but with a little added help with the venue set up on the day. We'll join you ahead of the event to coordinate your venue and suppliers and make sure everything is just right ahead of your guests' arrival.

DESIGN + PLANNING + MANAGEMENT
As well as benefiting from the creative design phase, securing suppliers and preparing an event programme, a professional event director will be on hand throughout your event. We'll check on the delivery of all resources and suppliers while making sure the presentation is perfect. We will also be on hand to deal with any contingencies or issues that may need problem-solving throughout the schedule.
